Hope@School

Many studies have found that kindness, compassion and giving are associated with improved happiness, good mental health, a stronger immune system and improved relationships. Allow your students to reap the benefits of kindness by booking one of our Hope@School Workshops for your school.

Thanks to our Hope@Work programs, Letters of Hope are able to offer Hope@School workshops for free.

During this 60-minute workshop, students will:

  • Hear about Letters of Hope founder, Abbie Williams’, lived experience journey

  • Hear about how Letters of Hope was born and the impact this simple act of kindness is having

  • Learn about available mental health supports and resources

  • Be coached through some Letter Writing tips & tricks

  • Spend 30-minutes handwriting their very own Letters of Hope

  • Participants may choose to write a letter for: someone else in the group, a loved one, a stranger, their future self, or donate their letter to Letters of Hope.

All stationery is provided.
