If you:
are experiencing ongoing signs and feelings of distress
do not feel like yourself
feel that your mental health is impacting on your ability to function day-to-day
are no longer enjoying the things that you normally enjoy
Please reach out to someone and ask for help. Reaching out for help and support may just turn things around. There are so many people out there who live productive and fulfilled lives whilst managing their mental health symptoms. With the right help and support, you will be able to do that too.
You do not have to go through this alone, there are endless resources and avenues of support out there.
Please review and access the supports on this page, and speak to someone you trust about what you are going through.
Letters of Hope provides encouragement and kindness through handwritten letters, but we are not a crisis support or professional mental health service. If you are in distress or need immediate support, please reach out to a professional service.
